E&C Enterprises, Inc is one of the largest companies of its type within the East Coast Region. Founded in 1991 by Hossein Ejtemai, President, and Julio Cornejo, Vice President, E&C Enterprises has become a family of brands and is a channel partner with Sunoco, Chevron, Texaco and Shell.

Headquartered in Woodbridge, Virginia, we currently own and operate more than 90 gas stations and convenience stores in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. with approximately 800 employees.

Our 2009 acquisitions included 10 Exxon/unbranded company operated sites in Northern Neck.
